Yep, it's the vehicle from Moon Patrol all right! The buggy is scaled for 15mm-18mm gaming, though it certainly doesn't have to be used as a gaming miniature if you don't want to. If you're looking for one in 28mm scale, just multiply the model up by 166.6% and you'll be good to go.
