Luna-01 is a low-consumption LED spot lamp that can be placed anywhere. It consists of an ABS-printed base overlaid with concrete. The 3D-printed plastic part allows for electrical components to be housed (wire passage, socket and spot...). The cement ensures the stability of the lamp while providing aesthetic quality (Note: the mold used to cast the cement is also printed in ABS, a single mold can produce several lamps). A second piece printed in ABS comes together with this base, allowing a spherical lens to be lodged for directional light diffusion. This part turns freely 360° to direct the reflector, which is fixed on two piano wires made of 3mm diameter steel. The reflector consists of multiple parts, also printed in 3D, that come together to pinch the reflective fabric. The idea is to contain the electrical components in their base for easier design and avoid cable passage through a articulated arm. LUNA-01 is a prototype from a new kind of brand (Internet of Things, digital industrialization and collaborative) Gravity is being developed to integrate: a step motor (360° rotation motorized), a servo motor for reflector inclination at 90°, electronic LED multicolor variator microcontroller...) driven by a new Alpha interface (common to all future Cromagnon products) This interface will have a built-in free phone in the near future...
