LumenPnP Clip PCB Holder, Feeder Strips, and Nozzle Holder

<figure class="media"><oembed url="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=asczVsIXjME"></oembed></figure><p>I designed these PCB Holders and Feeder Strips to clip to the edge of the build plate on the Lumen PNP using 0.75" binder clips. This design allows for both the feeder and the PCB to be mounted anywhere on the build plate. It is only touching the build plate on the ends so it clears any screw heads used to mount other parts to the build plate.</p><p>The PCB holder is designed for 100mm x 100mm PCBs but could be used for other sizes as well.</p><h5>Nozzle Holder</h5><p>I also included a modified version of the Nozzle Holder that can be mounted next to the bottom camera. This frees up 25% of the build plate so you can add more strip feeders.</p><p> </p><h4>HOW TO PRINT:</h4><p>The PCB Holders should be printed with support enforcers just on the overhanging parts that support the PCB.</p><p>The Feeder Strips should be printed without support, but with at least 4 bottom layers and a brim.</p><h4>ADDITIONAL PARTS:</h4><p>0.75" Binder Clips (Affiliate Link):</p><p><a href="https://amzn.to/3I95Bgk">https://amzn.to/3I95Bgk</a></p><p> </p>
