Lumenier QAV-RXL 2 Frame - 8inch Arms

UPDATE 5/16/2020: I have uploaded my own custom-designed parts that fit this frame perfectly, but you may need to reorient them in your slicer of choice to print correctly. All parts are to be printed in TPU. Check out the picture above for a clear view of how these parts look once assembled. P.S. - The belly protector is a challenging print that requires extensive support; it's best printed with the ground-contacting surface facing up, essentially printing it upside down. Once you get it printed, its worth the extra effort, as the bottom of your multirotor will stay immaculately clean. Main Description: I made the switch to using the QAV-RXL 2 frame from Lumenier for my long-range quadcopter. First things first was to create a detailed mock-up of the entire frame in Fusion360 to enable me to design precise 3D printed parts that fit perfectly. Here I'm sharing this frame mock-up with you! This mock-up is incredibly accurate, taking roughly 20 hours to refine and perfect it. Don't scrutinize too closely; it's more than accurate enough for designing custom parts from. The only part not included in this mock-up is the small "X" shaped carbon fiber piece that sits between the four arms, as it's not necessary for this design project. Thanks for taking a look! By the way, all credit for the actual frame design goes to Lumenier; this file is meant solely to enable you to design your own 3D printed parts to fit their frame.
