Lumen PnP Solenoid Actuator Mount

<p>This is a modified head mount for the Opulo Lumen PnP machine that allows head-mounting a solenoid actuator for use with mechanically actuated feeders, such as drag feeders or <a href="https://www.printables.com/model/245130-lumen-pnp-ploopy-feeder">my modified Ploopy Feeder</a>. &nbsp;If you want to have the right head extended to the same distance from the gantry, the back plate piece can simply be mirrored in your slicer to replace the original.<br><br>This mount is designed for the 0530# solenoid, which can be found on Amazon or AliExpress. &nbsp;<strong>Be sure you order a 24V unit.</strong> &nbsp;There are a few variants to the model number. &nbsp;Letters preceding the 0530, such as BM-0530 or JF-0530 seem to simply be manufacturer prefixes. &nbsp;A letter at the end indicates the tip type. &nbsp;0530<strong>B</strong> comes with a rounded cap nut, ideal for actuating lever feeders, while 0530<strong>T</strong> comes without any tip, and simply has an M3 threaded end that you can attach your own tip onto. &nbsp;This could be used to attach a pointed tip for things like drag feeders.</p>
