Its native format is .skp while the 3dsmax scene was created in 3ds Max 2016 version, which was rendered with Vray 3.00. Measurements included are 12 ft x 2x6, 4x4, 4x6; plywood is available in 4x8 sheets of either 1-1/8 or 3/8 thickness
