Lulzbot TAZ Laser-cut Flex Plate (for Dual Extruder)

Hello! This laser-cut option is designed specifically for dual extrusion on TAZ machines. Bad warping from the original flex plate from Lulzbot became a significant issue, as evidenced by attached images. To address this, I turned to laser-cutting rather than expensive materials. Printing with PC or PC-ABS may still be possible but is costly. So I used three shapes cut from a laser to replicate the correct thickness of the original flex plate. I was experimenting different combinations when I discovered breaking it down into pieces helped immensely - each shape is precisely 3 mm thick to ensure optimal performance. While it seems the smallest piece, also at 3 mm, isn't actually necessary, the end result far surpasses anything attainable from laser cutting alone; in photos taken, these subtle details become less noticeable despite being just as essential.
