LulzBot TAZ 6 E3D Titan Aqua extruder mount
thingiverse
I couldn't find a suitable mount that worked well with the TAZ 6 to pair with the Titan Aqua by E3D. To achieve optimal nozzle placement, I positioned it as close as possible to the original nozzle's position, ensuring that all leveling and wiping components functioned properly. You might need to adjust your wiping settings slightly to one side for a smooth operation. There is definitely room for improvement in the cooler and fan mount design. It's also essential to print this part with the flat surface facing downwards. Make sure you have strong bridging capabilities, especially in the plenum area, as removing supports isn't feasible at this time. Although I'm not entirely satisfied with it, this design works well overall. To get the best out of it, you'll need two fan spacers right now. In future revisions, I plan to integrate them into the mounting plate for a more streamlined setup. I've also included my designs for mounts that replace the filament guide and spool holders on the side of the TAZ 6. These are based on the standard TAZ6 extruder mount.
