Lulzbot Taz 6 E3D Titan Aero Tube Clamps for 1.75mm filament

Welcome! The Taz Pro comes with 2 x E3D Titan Aero hot-ends, and users can upgrade their Taz 6 to include E3D Titan Aero hotends as well! (See: Lulzbot's Aerostruder or IT Works 3D Titan Aero Pro). With the Pro, they designed clamps for the input feeder tube to secure them onto the tensioner mechanism. This prevents the occasional jam when the bowden tube gets sucked into the feeder. Unfortunately, Lulzbot insists on using only 2.85mm filament, but I've switched to 1.75mm. To upgrade to this new hot-end, users need a longer PTFE tube that extends out of the filament path on the extruder when using 1.75mm. This mod solves the problem. This design includes both Left and Right tube clamps. Users will need to purchase (if they don't already have them) new 1.75mm PTFE tube paths from E3D, which can be inserted into the other larger bowden tube when tightened. They'll also require 4 x M3 heat set inserts for printing both clamps and 4 x M3*10mm black oxide color screws and 4 x M3 washers. Print this with a 0.5mm nozzle at 0.33mm Layer Height, @ 60% infill, Octet (tetrahedral) infill pattern. As always, users assume all risks by printing this model, which may void their warranty.
