After looking at the flexistruder I thought that a bit of ptfe tube would help with flexible filaments. It is really awesome with gizmodork's tpu, and pretty good with ninjaflex too. You need a short piece of 3mm ID ptfe cut to fit as tight as you can I used leftover bowden tube from a ultimaker Original. I used a drill bit to clean up the hole a little. The file "Tightened up" is tighter on the bearings, I was having a fit issue.
