Lulzbot Taz 5 HotBox enclosure vent
thingiverse
This is a unique design for a printer enclosure that I created based on the impressive plans of Jonathan at GrabCAD (https://grabcad.com/library/hotbox-diy-enclosure-for-3d-printing-1/details?folder_id=1004116). I wanted to create an alternative side vent so I could access the control box without taking off the top of the enclosure. I also wanted to improve the fit around the four fan screws that protruded from the surface of the vent. Print Settings Printer Brand: LulzBot Printer: TAZ 5 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .25 Infill: 20% Notes: Nothing special about the actual print. Mostly just pleased with the design. How I Designed This I designed this enclosure in Autodesk Fusion360. I've included the step file so you can open and modify it in Fusion360 if needed.
