I'm not sure this is of much value on its own; I simply took the Lulzbot printhead carriage plate and flattened it in preparation for attempting to construct a custom printhead. NOTE THAT THIS IS LIKELY COMPLETELY USELESS TO EVERYONE! ... but if it happens to be useful to you, then that's great.
