Lulzbot Taz 4/5 Raspberry Pi Cover
thingiverse
This is my take on a customized cover for the Lulzbot Taz 4/5, which accepts an 80mm fan that's up to 25mm deep, as well as a Raspberry Pi to run OctoPi - a highly recommended option. The Raspberry Pi has a 40mm attachment mounted above it, which will keep running even when power is applied to the Pi; I secured mine with a bit of hot glue in case I need to detach it later on. If you decide to incorporate this design into your project, you'll need four M3 bolts that are 35-40mm long (partially threaded ones work just fine) to replace the shorter stock bolts. There's a bit of a tight squeeze when plugging power into the Raspberry Pi through USB - I'd suggest getting an angled connector or rewiring an old one like I did.
