Mounting bracket designed specifically for GoPro and similar small cameras equipped with wide angle or fish-eye lens and a 1/4" fixing. The camera's motion follows the bed movement, resulting in recordings that keep the printed item still and create visually appealing time lapse movies. This bracket fits snugly over the Lulzbot Mini's front right bed corner. Ensure it is installed firmly to allow the beds edge corner to insert into the bracket's seating. Two versions are available: a high version and a low version. The high version provides a higher camera angle towards the print bed, ideal for smaller or flat objects. The low version offers a lower camera angle, suitable for taller objects and reduces printhead/fan obstruction during viewing. The low version is also less sensitive to vibrations caused by rapid Y-axis movements. During rapid Y-axis movements of the 3D-printer bed, depending on weight, the camera may vibrate slightly. However, these vibrations are rarely noticeable in the resulting time lapse movie, especially when using a camera with fish-eye lens. Vibrations can be reduced with higher infill settings. Please note that this mount is specifically designed for the Lulzbot Mini v1.04 model, which features a black bed plate.
