The Design is an Enhanced Aleph Objects Version of the Lulzbot Mini Spool Holder, Specifically Modified to Ensure a Round and Smooth Surface on Which the Spool Rests. Following Printing in ABS, Acetone Vapor was Used to Make the Surface Exceptionally Slippery Smooth. Several Minor Issues Were Discovered with the Original Arm's Performance. These Issues Seemed to be Strongly Correlated with Printer Behavior: Turning the Spool While Feeding Filament Had Been Causing the Problems. For Reference, an Image of Both Arms Was Captured and Made Available. Below Are the Printing Parameters Utilized for This Enhanced Design: Print Settings: Printer Brand: LulzBot Model: Mini Rafts Used: No Supports Employed: None Printing Resolution: Standard Level Infill Density: 65 Percent
