Lulzbot Mini Side Pocket

I went on a search for a tool holder that would fit the accessories that came with the Lulzbot Mini. Not finding one I liked, I decided to create my own using FreeCAD. The design goals were straightforward: \n\n \n installation and removal without tools \n out of sight from the acrylic enclosure \n clear of any moving parts \n maximizing functionality while minimizing filament weight \n no support generation required \n \n\n \n\n The available slots are: \n\n \n 25x3mm (clam knife) \n 25x10mm (pliers) \n 18x9mm (dial caliper) \n 12x8mm (tweezer) \n 30mm dia. (fat glue stick 22g/0.77oz) \n two 10mm dia. \n two 1/2 inch dia. (Sharpie marker) \n general-purpose pocket \n \n\n \n\n Installation is simple: \n\n \n push the bottom down at an angle onto the Mini's frame \n push the top inward to snap into place \n slide it toward the front to engage the clip \n \n\n \n\n I printed my copy using 2.85mm filament, with 20% infill and a shell thickness of 1mm, resulting in a total filament weight of 97 grams.
