With the far right placement of the filament spool on the mini, extreme angles can develop between the filament and the hobbed bolt assembly. This led to occasional jams or skips in my prints due to the angle change. To mitigate this issue, I designed a part that guides the filament straight into the bolt. The part is engineered to fit snugly into the slots above the bearing assembly on the mini. For optimal performance, it's essential to fine-tune the dimensions and ensure a tight fit for your specific filament type. Consider using stiffer materials like ABS or PETG to achieve a better outcome. When printing this part, orient it as shown in the design. This will eliminate the need for any supports during the printing process.
