Engineered to be precision-cut from ultra-clear 1/8" thick acrylic sheet, this solvent-weld version of the Lulzbot mini enclosure is designed for seamless integration. A removable top with optimized filament slot allows for effortless access and efficient filament loading. The design has minimized excess gaps, ensuring a snug fit and reduced dust accumulation. Optimized finger joints enable a smooth friction fit, making it easy to assemble and disassemble the enclosure. Using a laser cutter at 8 speed, 95 power, and 85 corner power settings yields optimal results for this delicate cut.
