Lulzbot mini - dual fan plus heat sink fan

This is a rough concept to initiate a complete double cooling duck using the existing 40mm duct fan combined with the 40mm shroud fan. It works effectively, but attempting to enhance the design possibly into one cohesive piece instead of two and refining the duct work to boost air flow in the double cooling duct could be advantageous. The left duct can be widened by an additional 2mm to increase air flow, a modification that has not yet been implemented. I have mounted and tested the two cooling ducts, and they function remarkably well. To print the dual fan, print as shown in the STL picture with support from the build plate to the bottom of the fan only.... Thanks for your help!
