This remix offers a tweaked version of Lulzbot's "Beefy" Idler for the Hexagon hot end. It boasts a 1mm deeper filament groove, engineered to reduce wear and tear significantly. In place of the original bolt design that's notorious for stripping easily, this rendition features a heat-set insert. To implement this modification effectively, you'll need one M3 x 3.8mm heat-set insert, which is specifically designed to reuse the original 25mm partially threaded bolt.
