This lightsaber was showcased in two distinct film appearances, serving as Obi-Wan Kenobi's stunt lightsaber in "A New Hope" and later as Luke Skywalker's stunt version in "Return of the Jedi". The current model represents the definitive iteration, meticulously crafted to accurately reflect its on-screen presence while still being printable. Several key modifications were implemented to enhance printability: it has been hollowed out for ease of assembly via press-fit construction, with an option to secure it using glue if desired. The clamp and its components have undergone refinements to ensure a more precise fit. However, note that the clamp bolt and nut are tiny parts prone to printing inaccuracies due to their small size; attempting a 0.1mm layer height or smaller should yield optimal results.
