This is a straightforward yet precise overhang print test that gets recalibrated every 5 degrees. To use: 1. Print with your preferred settings you want to assess. 2. Look for delamination and non-adhesion areas on the underside of the arch. 3. Count the number of holes from the bottom to the closest uneven area 4. Check the number of holes counted against the number on the bottom scale for degrees 5. That is your printer's critical print angle. Note: Apply supports to any surface angle greater than the tested critical angle for quality prints. It's recommended to leave a 5 degree margin for all prints to ensure safe and worry-free results.
