Luigi's Mansion Poltergust G-00
thingiverse
My kid was set on dressing up as Luigi's ghost-hunting buddy for Halloween, but I couldn't find any pre-made costumes with a Poltergust 3000, so I got creative and designed one myself. The final product weighs in at 2.2 kilograms, and I estimate the total print time to be around 60 hours, depending on the settings you choose. If you want to match my exact color scheme for the different parts of the costume, you'll need approximately 1.2 kilograms of red, 400 grams of black, 300 grams of green, 200 grams of grey, and 100 grams of clear PETG. I've labeled each STL file with a corresponding color code to make things easier. The main body of the costume is divided into three sections: the bottom half has four walls, five top and bottom layers, and 7% infill for minimal weight, while the alignment pins are all on one file with a raft that's ready to print. I didn't use any support material for the lower and middle parts of the main body, but you will need to add some support for the top half as it touches the build plate and model.
