Lugia Pokemon Go Fest Celebration

I'm celebrating my first Pokémon Go legendary catch, and it's also my favorite Pokémon of all time! I've just created a 3D model using ZBrush, which is a big step up from my previous work in Maya where I used to create blocky, Minecraft-like models. As you can see, this model has a lot more polygons than necessary - I'm still learning how to properly remesh and retopologize it to make it lightweight yet smooth-looking. If someone could help me out with creating normal maps or textures, that would be amazing! I'm still a bit of a newbie when it comes to 3D modeling. The Lugia and Pokémon logos belong to Nintendo and The Pokémon Company.
