<p>This is a variation from this: <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4270014">https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4270014</a></p><p>I was inspired from this very cool design, but my son have an Epowerfun escooter so this design didn't fit. I then designed a new one.</p><p>You need:<br>4x M3 Nuts and bolts<br>4x cable ties</p><p><strong>300x300 printerbed</strong></p><p><strong>PETG or other stable material is recommended&nbsp;</strong></p><p>I only needed support for the front slot. My printer managed the rear curved slot without support. Maybe it's not the same for you.<br>I can't rule out the need for some manual dexterity or a hot air dryer.<br>The result is very stable and can take a lot.<br>A crate of beer was no problem, but the scooter could no longer be steered safely (without having drunk the beer first).</p><p>A plastic box can be fixed with the screws. Of course, you have to mark the holes before and drill them afterwards. The screws are little bit reduced, they can simply be screwed in.</p><p>The left side is different from the right side because the brake is on the left.</p><p>It takes quite a long time to print, so I recommend at least 0.24 layer height,or higher, with a 0.4 nozzle. I printed with a 0.6 nozzle with 0.35 layer height.</p><p><strong>Unfortunately you will only be able to print the parts on a 300x300 bed.</strong> Therefore, it will not be accessible to most.
