Luggage Rack bracket for rear/tail light
thingiverse
A clamp to secure a rear bike light to an older type of luggage rack is required. The clamp must fit racks with 8mm bars that are approximately 85mm apart. There may be a few mm of play in either direction, so objects can be stretched or shrunk slightly if necessary, or a Dremel can be used for precision adjustments. A socket for the light's clip is about 9mm across. For added strength, use about 40% infill and a sufficient number of perimeters when printing. The screws are approximately 3mm in diameter at their thickest point and 11.5mm long. Pictures show an older version with holes filled in using nail polish; the model has been updated to keep water out of the screws by making the top screw holes blind, eliminating the need for this modification.
