Luggage Carrier mount for the Blaupunkt Fiene / Fiete 500 Pedelec

<p>With this holder it is possible to mount a luggage carrier on the Blaupunkt Fiene / Fiete 500 pedelec.</p><p>The frame of the pedelec is very special, no normal holder exists where you can attach something, there is also nothing useful to buy - this is a remedy.</p><p>With this holder, you can attach any accessories and/or a luggage rack to it. I have tested the whole thing for several months, nothing is broken and the carrier holds perfectly. The whole thing should be printed with a lot of supports and a raft standing lengthwise so that it is most stable. Furthermore, ABS or PETG should be used - PLA is not stable enough because of the forces acting on it.</p><p>When the whole thing is printed you can put the outer bracket around the frame and complete the bracket with the matching counterpart and a few M3/M4 screws + washers. Most luggage racks with additional struts that are available can then be attached there without any problems. This turns the "fun bike" into a small cargo bike.</p><p>The printing time for a few holders in PETG is approx. 10 hours (100% infill, incl. raft and supports).</p><p><br>- - - - - - - -</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Mit diesem Halter ist es möglich an dem Blaupunkt Fiene / Fiete 500 Pedelec einen Gepäckträger zu montieren.</p><p>Der Rahmen des Pedelecs ist ja sehr speziell, kein normaler Halter existiert wo man etwas befestigen kann, es gibt auch nichts brauchbares zu kaufen - hiermit ist Abhilfe geschaffen.</p><p>Durch diesen Halter kann man da beliebiges Zubehör oder/und einen Gepäckträger dran befestigen. Ich habe das ganze mehrere Monate getestet, nichts ist Gebrochen und der Gepäckträger hält bombig. Gedruckt werden sollte das ganze mit viel Supports und einem Raft Längs stehend damit es am Stabilsten ist. Weiterhin sollte ABS oder PETG genommen werden - PLA ist wegen der Kräfte die darauf wirken nicht Stabil genug.</p><p>Wenn das ganze fertig Gedruckt ist kann man den äußeren Halter um den Rahmen legen und mit dem passenden Gegenstück und ein paar M3/M4er Schrauben + U-Scheiben den Halter komplettieren. Die meisten Gepäckträger mit Zusatzstreben die es zu kaufen gibt kann man dann dort ohne Probleme befestigen. So wird aus dem "Fun Bike" ein kleines Lastenrad.</p><p>Die Druckzeit beträgt für ein paar Halter in PETG ca. 10 Stunden (100% Infill, inkl Raft und Supports).</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
