The Pistole Parabellum 1908, also known as the Pistol Parabellum, is a toggle-locked recoil-operated semi-automatic pistol designed by Georg J. Luger in 1898 and produced by Deutsche Waffen- und Munitionsfabriken (DWM) from 1900 onwards. Other manufacturers such as W+F Bern, Krieghoff, Simson, Mauser, and Vickers also produced this pistol, which was an evolution of the 1893 Hugo Borchardt-designed C-93. The first Parabellum pistol was adopted by the Swiss army in May 1900. It was succeeded and partly replaced in German Army service by the Walther P38 in caliber 9mm Parabellum. The Luger is famous for its use during World War I, World War II, Weimar Republic, and postwar East German Volkspolizei. This pistol introduced the 9x19mm Parabellum (also known as 9mm Luger) cartridge when it was introduced in 7.65mm Parabellum. Due to its association with Nazi Germany, the Luger has been used by villainous characters in various fictional works over the past decades. This low poly 3D model features 988 polys, 1874 tris, and 1066 verts, and is available in FBX, 3DS, OBJ, and MAX (2012-2015) formats with textures including diffused, specular, and normal bump at a resolution of 1024x1024 PNG.
