Ludwig, the Accursed Demon Hunter

Ludwig, a proud knight once, now walks the earth cursed by a powerful demon. He spends every waking moment tracking that demon down, determined to prevent himself from succumbing to its dark influence. As the curse spreads throughout his body, Ludwig can feel it taking hold. This is my second humanoid model. I used sculpting software for the first time here, creating high-poly meshes for the body, head, and hair using Mudbox. From there, I created a low poly mesh in order to bake in the details using Substance Painter. I also textured the meshes with this software. The entire project took me three months to complete. I created 4k textures, but only two are on display - 512x512 for the eyes.
