Ludwig, Accursed Demon Hunter(naked)

Ludwig stands tall beneath his armor, showcasing intricate details that reveal a story of struggle. Once a proud knight, Ludwig now endures a relentless pursuit to vanquish the demon that cursed him. The curse spreads its darkness throughout his body, threatening to consume him whole. As I present my second humanoid character model, I invite you to explore the craftsmanship that lies beneath Ludwig's imposing armor. To create this detailed model, I employed sculpting software for the first time, using Mudbox to craft a high-poly mesh for the body, head, and hair. This foundation allowed me to refine the shape with a low-poly model, which I then baked in the intricate details using Substance Painter. With a total project duration of three months, I pushed my creative boundaries to deliver a stunning result. The 4K textures I crafted bring Ludwig's world to life, although only 2K are currently on display – the 512x512 eyes being a notable exception. My toolkit for this endeavor included 3ds Max, Mudbox, Substance Painter, and Marvelous Designer.
