Lucky me lure w/fish scales
prusaprinters
I hate losing my expensive lures to big fish, kelp or rocks. So, I modeled this after one of the hottest fishing lures that goes for about $20.00 each. This can be printed for about 22 cents, but you need to supply the internal weights, hooks and apply your painting skills to make it work for you. The inside is hollowed to allow for: weights to roll, slide and rattle the nose and tail are thick to allow for better 'grab' by the nose ring and tail hook. the scales are only 0.2mm high, so it isn't too much the eye is molded into the model, so you just need to paint it to look real. I can't comment on how well it works yet. I still need to paint and epoxy coat it, and of course get my fishing license up to date. If you print this and go fishing, good luck and let me know how it did for you.
