Lucky dice - benchmark and test print
thingiverse
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to Thingiverse's ongoing performance issues and frequent reports of 404 errors, I have taken the initiative to upload all my designs directly to my personal website https://properprinting.pro/product-category/3d-print-files/. Users can access and download these files for free, in addition to staying up-to-date with new designs and updates on this platform. As a skilled content creator and maker of 3D printer upgrade videos, I have developed a unique torture test to assess the effectiveness of these upgrades. This design is inspired by the visually appealing shape of dice, featuring an angled aesthetic that showcases its hexagonal base when viewed from above. This design boasts several innovative features: - Dual hollow sections with wall thicknesses of 0.5mm and 1mm respectively. - Challenging overhangs on the bottom of the dice and at the edges of the eyes. - Interconnected holes allowing users to view through some openings. - A connected string hole in three of the top "eyes" for use as a keychain or decorative hanging feature. - Precise measurements: 30mm distance between flat sides, 40mm diameter of the ball, and technical drawings available for accuracy assessment in multiple directions. - My logo is embedded at the bottom, cut 0.2mm deep to test the first layer quality.
