Here's a remixed model of Lucio, built from Mylakovich's Lucio model and SightBlind3r's Mercy bust (for the stand). This remix features three included STLs: Free.stl, Grouped.stl, and Connector.stl. Free.stl includes the bust and the stand, separated by no connector. Grouped.stl brings together the stand and bust as one model, stacked on top of each other. Connector.stl combines the bust and stand with a connecting piece.
