To prepare for Halloween, I utilized the model found at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:172348 as a foundation for creating a human head sculpture. To modify it in Meshmixer, I flattened its base and exported it as an .obj file for further customization in Sculptris. Despite the minor cracks that emerged during printing, I filled them using ABS/acetone mixture before smoothing with vapor polish. Personally, I prefer not to have infill on large pieces, but for this head sculpture, post-printing cleanup was more effective. With a 5% infill rate, the final piece weighed 125.2 grams, costing $4.01 at $0.032 per gram.
