<p>This time i tried to use some led light with this bust.<br>There are 2 ways to accomplish that.</p><p>First is to print the front of the head in red transparent resin with a resin printer of your choice.<br>I used my SL1S and it looks quite good. Than paint the backside (of the front) black, but leave the part of the Iris clear.<br>Or in other words no paint where the leds meet the printed part.</p><p>Second, if you dont have a resin printer, drill out the pupils with a small drillbit (2-2.5mm)<br>or print with red PLA and try out the first method. If it is enough transparent it could work.</p><p>If you want to paint the bust, keep in mind that you should not paint the eyes like you would usually do.<br>The best way to paint them, is to light them up with the leds and look how it works.<br>I used no paint for the Iris, only some black for the pupil.</p><p>For the eyes i used two 3mm red leds and a batterypack i bought from Amazon.de<br>(RUNCCI-YUN 20PCS On/Off Schalter 2 x 3 V CR2032 Knopfzellen Akku Halterung für LED)</p><p>I hope you like it and happy printing! &nbsp;</p>
