Based on tiefpunkt's fundamental design, I've reimagined it in openSCAD as a parametric model, tailored to fit snugly onto the LS3020 laser cutter bed. I've crafted mine from 5mm perspex and it assembles seamlessly. The hole measures 100mm, allowing you to work the wire of standard 100mm ducting tube through it and secure it in place with tape on the inside. Optional 3mm screw holes are also available for attaching an adapter if needed. The box's fit is sufficiently tight to hold due to friction alone, although I've since reinforced it with poly cement to seal it permanently. So far, it appears to be functioning flawlessly.
