LRS Hinged Cover
thingiverse
Hinged cover with fused outputs utilizing XT60 connectors for a Meanwell LRS PSU. Most likely will work for other low profile Meanwell PSUs also. This is a remix from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3450424 I made both the top and bottom pieces longer to accommodate adding the fuse blocks, XT60 connectors and IEC socket. I use this for running an LED controller and supplying power to 5 different LED strips. A couple of notes. This is not perfect, but it ended up working for my needs. I may be revisiting it in the future as I found a need to use a relay for 5 of the (6 total) outputs. If I were to print it again I would make the cover longer and possibly taller. Right now it is a very tight fit. I ended up using a tie wrap because I broke off the screw supports inside on the bottom cover. I have included the Fusion 360 file, as the original poster also included his, making this remix possible. I almost didn't include it because it is a bit of a mess. I have seen others slamming design files when they are posted and maybe not the most linearly efficient. I am not an expert at F360, it is an evening/weekend hobby at best. I do something completely different for a living. but I wanted to share this in case anyone else wanted to customize it for their needs. Here is where I got the parts from, but they are all pretty standard parts/sizes, so just use these links as guidelines.
