Remix of Frio's excellent modifications to the MeanWell LRS-350-24 PSU mount for the Prusa i3 mk3/mk3s. After my PSU died, I decided to replace it with a MeanWell. Printed Frio's design with my cheap 3D printer, but realized if I wanted to reuse the cables, they were not long enough to mount in the screw terminals without cutting a gaping hole into the side (one of my pictures shows my Dremel handywork... ugh). Since I was lazy and we're in the middle of a COVID pandemic, instead of buying new cables, I made modifications to this design with a few things in mind: 1) I wanted to reuse the stock Prusa cables 2) I wanted an easy way to tighten/loosen the screw terminals on the PSU 3) They need to be covered so they don't get dusty / I don't drop metal things/water into it and burn my house down / blow a fuse / electrocute myself. So, I opened Frio's Fusion 360 file (THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR PROVIDING THIS!!!!!) and added a "viewing window," complete with a plate (printed in TPU so it seals against the PSU cover) and a "handle" you can glue to the TPU plate. It covers the screw terminal window like a glove, and you can easily remove it to check on the screw terminals. If you do not want to use TPU, PETG should work - I offset the TPU plugs by about 0.1mm so it will be a tight fit. I have included my Fusion 360 file so others can make the design even better. I'm a novice so I just added where I could - the bodies don't really make sense as to where they are located in the file, and I don't know how to easily fix that, haha. Let me know how you like it! EDIT: * FITMENT IS PERFECT!!!! * Cables are pretty tight so you may need to cut your cable ties and pull the cables a little more towards the PSU, but it DOES work! ***I had to use my old Monoprice Mini Select V2 printer for TPU because I do not have my MK3 tuned for TPU, so the stringing/print quality is pretty bad comparatively. You can actually see the quality difference between my mangled PSU cover and my Prusa-printed PSU cover, kinda gives you an idea of what the difference may have looked like if I didn't print the TPU with my Monoprice. EDIT 4 MONTHS LATER ON 9/9: Came to my attention that I left out the bottom plate, it has now been added.
