LR3 Vac adapter remix

<p>I found when I tried to add a laser to my tool holder that the vac adapter would not allow the laser to get close enough to the work, so I remixed the vac adapter to have a removable bottom. The vacuum and the cooling airflow from the router should hold the bottom in place, but it is quickly removeable in order to allow the laser to be lowered into position.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>You do not need this unless you want to be able to run a laser that needs to be lower than the height of the standard vacuum adapter. I made no changes to the tool holder parts, so they are not included here.</p>
