LowRider2 Y-Axis Belt System Upgrade
thingiverse
Upgrade the Y-axis belt tensioner from basgoossen. I encountered issues when the belt would jump over the individual teeth in the belt holder during the tensioning process. This caused unreliable tensioning of the belt, which was unacceptable. Furthermore, I found it annoying that the screws protruded from the belt holder when the belt was under tension. To address these problems, you'll need four M4x25 screws, four M4 nuts, four countersunk screws (M3x16), and four locking nuts (M3). Once you've pushed the belt into its retainer, drill a 3mm hole in the correct location. That's all there is to it!
