For optimal results, print using flexible filaments like PETG, which can withstand the rigors of frequent use without compromising its structural integrity. Keep in mind that this dust shoe will add significant thickness to the X, Y, and Z axes of your router plate, resulting in a reduced depth capacity and decreased X/Y volume. To minimize these limitations, print the STL files upside-down, using this technique will also reduce the need for extensive support structures.
