LowRider Y Belt Tension Block

This is a versatile accessory designed for use on the LowRider V2, serving multiple purposes including acting as endstops to prevent the machine from overshooting the worktable and getting damaged. The adjuster screw also facilitates effortless belt adjustment while providing robust retention of the belt in place. Users have the flexibility to install one at each corner or just two if that's their preference. The Belt Tension Block is engineered so that a 10mm wide belt can be threaded from behind and emerge through the nut side of the block. To secure the belt, simply double it back on itself and pull it through the slot; as the wedge in the block will lock the belt firmly in place. If you're dealing with a thin belt, just add a small piece of printer filament to the inside loop before passing it through the slot to prevent it from slipping out. A visual representation of the belt path can be seen in the accompanying picture. To complete and install this assembly, gather the necessary parts including metric or imperial hardware of your choice. Here are the required components: 4 Belt tension blocks 4 Belt Tension Housings 4 Belt Tension Block Covers 4 10-32 x 2.5 inch screws 4 10-32 nuts 8 screws for mounting the block to the worktable top.
