This low poly Western House model doesn't require any special plugins to open and can be used in games, high-resolution renders, magazines, or production. It's easy to work with and comes with texture maps of 4096 x 4096 pixels (PBR). The textures are included in the archive named ***_tex.zip. Formats available include .c4d, .max, .3ds, .obj, .fbx, and .blend. Note that the native format is Cinema4D R19 with no 3rd party plugins required; other formats may need material regulation. For Max files, they can be loaded in 3ds Max 2017 or higher versions. The exported formats work correctly, and lighting/render scene isn't included. The model consists of 8,707 polygons and 10,824 vertices.
