The Sikorsky UH-60 Black Hawk is a twin-engine, medium-lift utility helicopter that boasts four blades and is manufactured by Sikorsky Aircraft. In 1972, Sikorsky submitted the S-70 design to the United States Army's Utility Tactical Transport Aircraft System (UTTAS) competition. The prototype was designated as the YUH-60A and in 1976, the Army chose the Black Hawk as the winner of the program after a fly-off competition with the Boeing Vertol YUH-61. A realistic 3D model of the aircraft is available for use. The following file formats are supported: Real-world scale (meter) models centered at origin. Single main part and named 'UH60A'. One material and named 'UH60AMaterial'. The material is available in Mb format with V-Ray, Mental Ray, and Standard materials. Other formats require texture and material reapplication. High-quality textures measure 2048 x 2048 pixels, ideal for extreme close and high-resolution renders. The texture name is 'UH60A.tga'. Preview images were rendered on Maya using default scaline and skylight settings. Lighting is not included in the model. Default Render settings are used for preview rendering. No third-party plugins are required to use this 3D model.
