Here we separate every component of the plate individually within Blender. You'll then need to resize and rescale these parts to fit your Low-Poly character design. I've included a basic human model in both FBX and OBJ formats. If you just require the armor itself, feel free to discard the human model and proceed with this part alone - simply delete the unwanted figure within Blender first, and you'll be good to go!
