LowPoly 1:1 Scale Human Head (50th-Percentile Masculine)
thingiverse
This is a low-poly human head model created from a 3D scan of a "50th percentile male human head" by animuL67. I chose a low-poly finish to make printing simpler: less overhangs (so less supports), smoothen out the finish (because 3D scans can produce rough surfaces), and the neck has a flattened base so it sticks flat to the build plate. Supports will only be necessary on the chin and possibly the nose tip. You may need to rotate the head 45deg to get it to fit on an i3 (or i3 clone) build plate. The model is 221mm tall! I actually upgraded my 3D printer's Z height max just to print this out in one piece, because splitting and joining two pieces both looked weird and had warping issues- this is really a better print to do in one piece if you can do it. Included is the hole pattern for the 6 bottom mounting holes, as well as the Fusion 360 file. Pictures is a tripod mount adapter but unfortunately, I cannot find the file I used to make it. I may remodel it and upload Due to it's huge footprint, I highly recommend a brim to prevent warping.
