All I did was reduce the number of vertices/faces to roughly 5% of the originals, which clocked around 4.2 million faces. For something that's going to end up having roughly 3mm, that's excessive overkill As a result, the number of faces dropped to around 130k and the filesize from 200MB to 6-8MB. I've also scaled the heads and they should be the right size for your 28mm models
