This 3D model originated with Sketchup 13, subsequently transformed into various 3D formats. Its native format is .skp; 3dsmax scene uses 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered utilizing Vray 3.00. A renovation concept for the Nicollet Island in downtown Minneapolis unfolds as follows: this vision serves as fantasy, but its feasibility is growing due to the escalating popularity of Nordeast. Perhaps this island will soon become a key connector between downtown Minne and northeast Minneapolis when that neighborhood evolves into a mini Saint Paul replica. The main objective of this portion of the island is to seamlessly integrate office spaces, hotels, and apartments/condos, primarily consisting of office space, situated in a thriving business district. In fact, I designed it with environmental sustainability as a core component (a truly "green" business hub). This project's success hinges on effectively bridging both city skylines while simultaneously aiding the nation in transportation by achieving its 2025 goal: Quote Lead the nation in alternative travel options - something unattainable without incorporating waterways into our transportation systems, similar to major cities worldwide. Constructing a streetcar line would enhance this vision, effortlessly linking downtown Minneapolis with the island and northeast neighborhoods. The primary concern remains whether Nicollet Island's terrain can support such extensive development, though potential soil stabilizing methods exist. First to emerge will be the 600-foot towering "Wisdom Tower," an office skyscraper concept designed as a major focal point; additional structures will follow as funds permit and circumstances unfold - all developed in sequence from south to north of the island.
