Lower Leg of Prometheus Battle Mech
thingiverse
I lost enthusiasm for the rest of Prometheus; the upper thigh appeared to shift from rounded to square off; a major challenge presented itself when creating the upper leg, prompting a desperate effort that produced the result I ultimately achieved. Having given up on this portion of the project, motivation evaporated and the remainder of the mech suffered accordingly. Various design scraps are freely available on Tinkercad, displayed alongside LowerLeg. The inspiration behind this lower leg sparks an idea for one-of-a-kind mechanical creature featuring a unifying circular silhouette, which could seamlessly integrate the existing torso and head designs found in Prometheus, but fails to mesh with the square upper leg. A possible compromise is concealing or distorting the visible aspects of the forearms; although the missile pods also have a squared-off appearance, it's possible that they might work well within this cohesive overall design framework, thanks in part to its adaptability. I genuinely love this lower leg creation, constructed with Tinkercad software - make adjustments online at https://www.tinkercad.com/things/61JdmyOQ1IW
