Lower Filament Guide with Runout Sensor

This is a 100% remix of a great filament guide idea from Holspeed (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3052488) and includes an optional runout sensor mod. It fits the Ender 3 V2 but should also fit an Ender 3 and Ender 3 Pro. Filament Guide BOM: 1 - Filament Guide Body (Lower Filament Guide, Arm) 1 - Filament Guide Wheel (Wheel, Bearing Fit, Outer Grooved, 7mm x 30mm) 2 - Wheel Bearing Spacer (Wheel, Bearing Fit, Spacer, 1mm) 1 - M3x20 screw 1 - M3 nut 1 - 608 bearing Optional Runout Sensor BOM: 1 - Runout Sensor Body (Lower Filament Guide, Runout Sensor Add-on) 1 - Runout Sensor Cover (Lower Filament Guide, Runout Sensor Cover Add-on) 1 - 20mm PTFE tubing 1 - 3 pin end stop limit switch (Example: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0921ZSL3Q/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_image_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1) Installation Instructions: Steps 1-5 are for the optional runout sensor mod. Skip to step 6 if you just want the filament guide. 1. On either side of the Runout Sensor Body are holes where the filament enters and leaves the sensor. Insert PTFE tubing into the holes (about 5 mm) and trim the extra so that no tubing extends past the Runout Sensor Body. 2. Insert the End Stop Limit Switch into the Runout Sensor Body. 3. Snap the Runout Sensor Cover onto the Runout Sensor Body. Note: Position the cover so that the thicker section where the limit switch is positioned. 4. Slide the Runout Sensor Body assembly onto the Filament Guide Body. 5. Connect the limit switch to the final location. (I connected mine to a Raspberry Pi with OctoPrint installed) 6. Press fit the Filament Guide Wheel around the 608 bearing. 7. Install 2 Wheel Bearing Spacers on either side of the 608 bearing. 8. Insert Filament Guide Wheel assembly between the Filament Guide Body wheel well using the M3 screw and nut. 9. Attach the entire assembly to the z-axis carriage on the Ender 3.
